Clinical Research Transformation Of Warming Yang,Supplementing Qi,Removing Blood Stasis And Promoting Diuresis In Treating Renal-Cardiac Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of warming yang,invigorating qi,removing blood stasis and promoting diuresis in the treatment of renal-cardiac syndrome.Methods: 72 patients with renal-cardiac syndrome were included and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for warming yang,invigorating qi,removing blood stasis and promoting diuresis for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),serum creatinine(CRE)and urea nitrogen(BUN)before and after treatment,6 min walking test and Minnesota quality of life score before and after treatment were observed,Following up for half a year,the rehospitalization rate and mortality rate of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)compared with before treatment,the levels of serum BNP,cre and BUN in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(all p < 0.05).(2)compared with before treatment,the 6min walking distance in both groups increased significantly,and the Minnesota quality of life score decreased significantly(p < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group is obviously better than the control group(p < 0.05).(3)compared with before treatment,symptoms such as chest tightness,shortness of breath,edema of facial limbs,scanty urine,aversion to cold,cold limbs,fatigue and fatigue in the treatment group were improved(p < 0.05),while those in the control group were not significantly improved(p > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group is obviously better than the control group(p < 0.05).(4)The rehospitalization rate and mortality rate in the treatment group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion: Warming yang and invigorating qi,removing blood stasis and promoting diuresis can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,cardiac function and renal function of patients with renal-cardiac syndrome,and improve their quality of life?...
