Objective: To reveal the influence of electro-acupunture on metabolropic glutunale receptors1(mGluR1) mRNA and metabolropic glutunale receptors1α(mGluR1α) of spinal cord of cervical enlargement and brain stem of exitrimity spasm with cerebral storke rat, and primary explore the mechanism of electro-acunpunture of relaxing spastic extimity on stork.Methods: With laboratorial SD rat, The MCAO rats were randomlydivided into four groups, nomarl group, control group, electro-acupunture group and infause model.The treatment was once daily for six days after there days to model of MCAO. With the methods of H-reflax and molecular biology of in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, to compare with control group and electro-acupunture group of the mGluR1mRNA average gray and positive cell.Results : ①Comparing with control group (2.3±0.597), thedelitescence of H-reflax of electro-acunpunture group (1.09 ± 0. 307) are Obiously prolong; ②Comparing with control group of spinal cord of cervical enlargement and brain stem, the average gray of mGluR1mRNA of electro-acunpunture group are obviously increased(P<0.05);but the positive cell of mGluR1mRNA of electro-acunpunture group are obviously decreased (P<0. 05) ; ③Comparing with control group of spinal cord of cervical enlargement, the average gray of mGluR1α of electro-acunpunture group are obviously increased(P<0. 05).Conclusions: ①.H reflex recovery curve examimation shows thatelectric acupuncture can obviously suppress neuron excitability of motor neuron pool in cornu anterius medullae spinalis, decrease accentuatal tension of muscle and Liddell and Sherrington reflex; ②electricacupuncture can obviously descreasd the mGluR1 mRNA expression in central... |
