[Objective]To investigate the possible changes in the brain functional imaging of Liver control feelings and try to find the rules of these changes in the Chinese traditional medicine about psychology and health disease to open up a new way.[Methods]We chose the subjects a frame of reference a coil of head, the experimentation in quite condition after 3min scanning to acupuncture an acupuncture point named Liver-yuan xue, during the scanning, the experimentation to lay up a sandbag in both sides of the head to avoid the head to move, the experimentation keeping into peace, close the eyes and take an eyeshade and an earplug, to cut down streams of light and noise to jam. The results of brain imaging were analyzed and the statistics of data was performed with the special software SPM. [Results]The statistics of data to show that:in the following brain sections(P<0.001):a cerebellum and prefirontal cortex are increase, the temple and anterior cingulated gyrus the midland are increase , the rim of systematic and the cortex structure are increase too. [Conclusion]Acupuncture an acupuncture point named Liver-yuan xue should increase the eare of brain, among this eare are relationship with emotions, it shows that Liver control feelings possibility have relationship with the eare in the brain.
