Objective: Depend on modern experimentations, to evaluate the curative effec -ts of LiFeiTongLuoHeJi impersonally.To investigate the molecular mechanism of treatment of it on Mycoplasma pneumonia.Method: To observe the commonly behaves and lung pathological changes in different groups of rats and experiment the SIgA of brochoalveolar lavage fl -uid(BALF) and the IgE. MP-IgM of serum.The expression lever of interleuki r-4mRNA and interferon-γ mRNA in lung tissue in different groups of rats w -ere examined semi-quantitatively by reverse transcription-polymerase chain re-action(RT-PCR).Result: The lung pathological changes in the model group were more serious than other groups. The contents of MP-IgM in serum in the model group we re higher than that in the groups treated with LiFeiTongLuoHeJi and Azithro mycin (p<0.01 ) . The contents of SIgA in the model group were lower than that in the normal group (p<0.01) . In the groups treated with LiFeiTongLuoHeJi and Azithromycin it's also lower than that in the normal group but hig -her than that in the model group. It's higher in the groups treated with LiFe -iTongLuoHeJi than in the groups treated with Azithromycin(p<0.05). The con -tents of IgE in the model group were higher than that in the normal group (p<0.01 ) .The expression lever of interleukir-4 mRNA in lung tissue in the model group were higher than that in the normal group(P<0.01), the expressi on lever of interleukir-4 mRNA in lung tissue in the groups treated with Azi -thromycin were higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05), but the expres -sion lever of interleukir-4 mRNA in lung tissue from groups treated with Li FeiTongLuoHeJi were less than that from the model group(P<0.01). The expression lever of interferon-γmRNA in lung tissue in the model group were lower than that in the normal group(P<0.01),but in the groups treated with LiF -eiTongLuoHeJi and Azithromycin has no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: LiFeiTongLuoHeJi can reduce the contents of MP-IgM in serum of the Mycoplasma pneumonia model group rats and alleviate the damnifications of lung tissue, improve the commonly behaves.It shows that LiFeiTongLuoHeJi can cure Mycoplasma pneumonia .It's able to improve airway SIgA contents, perhaps it can prevent the economy from reinfect and facilitate damnif -ications comeback. LiFeiTongLuoHeJi show its effects on immune damnificati -ons by marked inhibit of the expression lever of interleukir-4 mRNA and promote the expression lever of interferon-γmRNA,and maintained the balance of the immunity system. It can also reduce the contents of IgE, inhibit hyper -susceptibility response, and decrease of frequency of asthma attack.
