Objective:Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is a common cardiovascular disease to the middle-aged and the aged. It does serious harm to patients' health not only in body but also in mind. A great deal of clinical researches and empirical studies show that there is unique curative effect on this disease treated by acupuncture. To approach its' mechanism of action, we carried out this experiment. The rabbits are objects in this experiment. We observed the change of ST potential and detect the change of the content of ET, NO and GMP-140 in the rabbits' blood plasma (blood plasma) and approach the mechanism of acupuncture therapy in acute myocardial ischemia from the viewpoint of blood vessel endocrine. In this way, all this can provide the theory evidence for the clinical therapy of ischemic heart disease. Methods:32 big ear rabbits of Japan were selected. Each rabbit's body weight was from 1.8kg to 2.3kg and female or male was not limited. They were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group and model EA group(abbreviated EA group ). There were 8 in each group. Normal group were not provided treatment. Model group were made by ligated ramus descendens anterior arteriae coronariae sinistrae to make the AMI model. Sham operation group were only opened breast to expose heart and did not ligated but to cut through a thread. EA group was made by Ren's method. To affirm the success of the models by observed the change of the rabbits' ST potential of ECG. The rabbits' bloods were collected at 30min and 60min after the model was made. Then, we detect the content of ET, NO and GMP-140 and undertake statistical analysis. Results:1. There is no significant difference between each group's ST potential before the models were made. The rabbits' ST potential of the sham operation group rose, but compared with normal group, there was no statistically significant (P>0.05). This showed that the sham operation group had no obvious effect on ST potential. The model group's ST potential rose obviously, and compared with sham operation group and normal group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). This showed that the AMI models were made succeeded. The EA group's ST potential was obviously higher than sham operation group's and normal group's at 30min after the model was made (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but lower than model group's (P<0.05). Compared with model group at 60min after the model was made, the EA group's ST potential was obviously descended (P<0.01). But Compared with normal operation group and sham operation group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).2. There was a little change in the content of ET. NO and GMP-140 in sham operation group's rabbits blood plasma (blood plasma), but compared with normal group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).3. The content of ET and GMP-140 in model group was higher than sham operation group and normal group at 30min and 60min after the model was made (P<0.01). But the content of NO in model group is obviously lower than sham operation group and normal group (P<0.01).4. The content of ET and GMP-140 in EA group was lower than model group at 30min after the model was made (P<0.05), but compared with sham operation group...
