| 1. ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of nitric oxide (NO), calcium (Ca2*) and cGMP on acute myocardial ischeraic injury in rats models following electoacupuncture to Neiguan.2. MethodsThe rat model of acute myocardial ischemic was setup by ligature of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. 42 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into four groups, i.e. normal group (NO, sham operated group (SOG), modeling group (MG), Neiguan electroacupuncturing group (NEC), with 6 rats in normal group and 12 rats in other groups .Then the changes in the activities of NO, Ca2* and cGMP were determined and compared among the animals of different groups.3. ResultsThe data showed that NO, and cGMP of modeling group were significantly lower than those of control group and sham operated group. NO, and cGMP of Neiguan electroacupuncturing group reversed to different extents. The data showed that Ca2* of modeling group were significantly more than those of control group and sham operated group. Ca2+ of Neiguan electroacupuncturing group reversed to different extents.4. ConclusionElectroacupuncturing to Neiguan can reduce the injuring degree of acute myocardial ischemic injury induced rats to bring about significant protective effect on myocardial cells, its infection ralation to NO. Study on mechanism of Acupuncture anti-myocardial ischemia will provide theory background for treatment of CHD by acupunture. |
