ObjectivesTo evaluate the clinical effect of posterior decompression, reduction internal fixation and bone grafting fusion for the treatment of spondylolisthesis in 139 cases, and discuss the operative principle, treatment method and clinical outcome. Methods139 cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with posterior decompression and fenestration,DF or RF replacement with fixation and bone grafting. Of the 139 cases, 101 cases were followed up for 0. 5-3. 75 years, and compare and study effect of reduction before and after operation. Results1 According to the JOA evalustion systerm analysis the outcome of before and after operation in 101 cases the good-excelleat rate was 94. 1%.2 Compared with before operation the olisthe rate were significantly lower than of after operation (p<0. 01) the vertebral reduction rate of after operation had no obvious difference than of before operation (p>0. 05). ConclusionThe technique of posterior decompression reduction internal fixation and bone grafting fusion is an effective and reliable device for the treatment of spondylolisthesis. In order to improve the curative effect the operative principle:reduction internal decompression and bone grafting fusion is also important during the operation. |
