Coronary heart disease(CHD) is a common disease which is seriously harmful to people's health. The interventional diagnosis and treatment of CHD has played an increasingly important role in recent years. Coronary arteriongraphy (CAG) is the golden criterion of diagnosis CHD now .Syndromes are the objects for differential diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the basis of treatment. So we begin to our clinical study from Syndromes. We analyze the peculiarity and the influential factors of the syndromes of CHD. Then we study the relation between the syndromes of CHD and the degree of pathologic changes of the coronary artery so as to explore the pathogenesis of CHD and the train of thoughts to prevent and cure it.Meathod:⑴The objects of research are 168 in-patients who have been examined by CAG at the Dongfang Hospital and the Chuiyangliu Hospital.⑵We finish the collections of syndromes of TCM and history-taking within 48 hours after CAG which has been done by standard technology. And we finish all kinds of related examination of laboratory within one week before or after CAG. Then we can obtain the diagnosis of western medicine and syndromes of TCM according to the related criteria.so we finish the unified table of every clinical record of investigation .⑶Statistical method:Use the Statistical software of spss 11.5 for windows. The analysis of several factors use Binary-Logistic Regression or Linear-Regression(stepwise); The comparison of percentages between two groups use X2-test.Results:⑴Distribution of syndromes: The statistical analysis shows that the two most common syndromes of the 138 patients CHD are the syndrome of blood stasis(92.0% of total) and the deficiency-syndrome of qi(81.9% of total). Besides, the deficiency-syndrome of yin(42.0% of total) and the syndrome of sputum-turbid (35.5% of total) and the deficiency-syndrome of yang(25.4% of total) are also relatively common syndromes, while only a few syndromes are the stagnation-syndrome of qi and the accumulation-syndrome of pathogenic cold(11.6% of total respectively). In addition, The three most common deficiency-syndrome of the viscera are the deficiency-syndrome of the heart(92.8% of total) and the deficiency-syndrome of the kidney(76.8% of total) and the deficiency-syndrome of the liver(71.7% ofTotal), but only a few deficiency-syndrome of the viscera are the deficiency-syndrome of the stomach ( 26.1% of total ) and the deficiency-syndrome of the lung(9.4% of total) and the deficiency-syndrome of the spleen(6.5% of total). Through the test of chi-square ,the percentages of the syndrome of blood stasis, the deficiency-syndrome of qi, the...
