This dissertation reports the discoveries of sea buckthorn's efficiency ingredients on anti-myocardial ischemia mostly from following aspects.1 Study on document analyzing and field investigating Combined with field investigation, this herb's historic document,resource, distribution, folk usage were generally analyzed.2 Study on the chemical ingredientsMacropore absorptive resin , silica gel column chromatography and other technique were used. Three compounds were isolated from sea buckthorn. On the basis of their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis (UV, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR), the structures of the two of them were identified.
