It is a world common difficult disease to be infertile .which should be payed close attention to. And it is not an independent disease that women are infertile, but a kind of sequelae or final result of a lot of obstetrical and gynecological disease.Infertility caused by immunity is one kind of disease in the infertility. In recent years it is known by people gradually, accounting for 20%-40% of women's infertility.but the pathogenic factor is not so obvious, now studies have shown that is closely related with infection of reproduction tract. In recent years, with gynaecology inflammation incidence of disease spreading and rising year by year .especially that is infected through sex intercourse, and with the further investigation of reproduction immunology, infertile immunity factor and measure of treating have already become focuses of studying. And now we have already made greater progress in research which opposed sperms with infertile immunity. This text carrys on the survey from traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and sums up from two respects to immunity infertile cause of disease pathology and clinical treatment progress, in order to give some references systematically about its studies and treats.
