Instructor Professor Ling Na's Experience In Treating Infertility Caused By Kidney Deficiency

Objective:Incorporate and sort out the cases collected during the division,and sort out the trainer's ideas for treating this disease,and summarize it.The clinical efficacy of 40 patients was observed.Compare the pregnancy status of patients,high basal body temperature before and after treatment,poor temperature,high temperature phase duration,ovulation and TCM syndrome scores,severity of illness and so on.ovulation and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the severity of the disease.in accordance with.Methods:This thesis is guided by the instructor's clinical experience and analyzed from two parts.The first part is a summary of the experience of the tutor on the treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency syndrome.The second part is the observation of clinical efficacy.The clinical efficacy of 40 patients who had been diagnosed as infertility with kidney deficiency syndrome in the gynaecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017to October 2018 was selected.Compare the pregnancy status of patients,high basal body temperature before and after treatment,poor temperature,high temperature phase duration,ovulation and TCM syndrome scores,severity of illness and so on.Result:1.After 4 cycles of clinical observation,20 patients were successfully pregnant,including 7 with mild illness,11 with moderate illness and 2 with severe illness.The total pregnancy rate was 50%.2.Before and after treatment,the severity of the disease was compared:5 patients with severe disease,2 patients with pregnancy,and the other 3 patients were improved.The paired Wilcoxon test,P<0.001,had significant statistical difference;3.Before and after treatment,BBT high and low temperature difference,BBT high temperature continuous phase comparison and TCM syndrome score comparison,P pair were less than 0.01 by paired Wilcoxon test,with significant statistical difference;4.Comparison of ovulation before and after treatment:8 cases of ovulation improved after treatment,after paired chi-square test,c~2=11.868,P=0.01,with statistical differences.5.After treatment,20 patients recovered,12 patients were markedly effective,5 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion:Professor Ling Na believes that kidney deficiency is the key factor leading to infertility,so when the treatment is based on tonic deficiency,and the treatment of Bushen Yijing is established.Clinical treatment of patients with infertility caused by kidney deficiency,to self-made"Bianshen No.1",treatment of"tonic tonifying essence,replenishing and rushing",according to the physiological cycle of menstruation and clinical symptoms at the time of treatment for drug addition and subtraction,Achieve better clinical efficacy.Through the clinical observation of 40 patients,it was confirmed that the instructor used the method of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence to treat the infertility caused by kidney deficiency.After treatment,20 patients were successfully pregnant,and the clinical symptoms of most patients were improved accordingly.During the whole clinical observation period,no local or systemic adverse reactions occurred in all patients,indicating that this treatment is safe and effective and can be widely used in clinical practice.
