Moroccan Belly Of Gastric Motility In Different Directions Is A Comparative Study

Objective: Explore the possible relationship between the changes of motive power of the stomach and the direction of manipulation on the abdomen by observing the influence of it by manipulating both clockwise and counterclockwise on healthy adults, in order to provide evidence for the correct direction of this therapeutic method in clinic.Method: Divide the 85 healthy testees into 3 groups, namely clockwise group, counterclockwise group and comparison group. Make observation to the changes occurring inside a group and bewteen groups over one week's time (using the methods of radiology to detect the related indexes)Result: On the first day of manipulating on the abdomen, obvious difference is found between the 2h emptying rate of stomach between the clockwise group and counterclockwise group (P<0.05), and between the clockwise group and experiement group(P<0.05). No difference are found between other indexes among the three groups. No striking differences are found regarding curative effect(P>0.05). Striking difference is found between giving the manipulation in 2h emptying rate of stomach of the clockwise group.
