In order to resolve the problem above ,develop the Etiology system of TCM ,lead the research concerned into a higher level as well as provide scientific resources for the clinic , this article tends to investigate Bailing in details by discussing the substantial of it ,bringing the animal model building into the TCM syndrome differentiation and consequentially drawing conclusions as follows:①Bailing, in a broad sense,refers to the stagnation and dysfunction of materials like blood, essence, fluid and Qi which are very important for the maintenance of life ,while the stasis of prostate in a narrow sense .②Pathogenic character :It is a prolonged disease which has various manifestations including the circulation of Qi and blood ,the excretion of sperm and menorrhea as well as the damage of free radical.③Symptom Character :It is marked by pain, dysuria ,sterility ,abscess and infectivity. ④ Therapy : The principle of relieving the stagnation ,reinforcing the essence and tonifying the kidney is applied for thedisease according to the combination of disease differentiation and thesyndrome differentiation.
