The informatization of medical equipment is one part of the informatization logistics in the future informatization war. The informatization of treating the wounded under field condition is the kernel of medical services informatization construction. Today, chemical warfare and chemical terroristic attack have been important military problems about security encountered factually by the international society, which is one of the important problems that our army will face in intending informatization warfares and counterterror battles. The informatization construction about first aid for a great number of soldiers wounded by chemical under field conditions and terroristic attacks has been a necessary part of our army's medical services informatization construction.On the basis of function and rescue mode of conventional field medical institute, according to the requires of medical services guarantee this paper researches new characteristic of medical services command and medical rescue about rescuing on-the-spot a number of wounded by chemical under high-technology warfare or chemical terroristic attack, so that the information of the wounded can be gathered and transmitted efficiently. Using the success experience of operation of the HIS "Military Medicine No.1" within hospitals, relying on the advanced WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network), it researches field electronic medical document module to implement inputting information of the wounded electronically and transmitting and exchanging information automatically. Combining the advanced production on medical rescue for chemical damage these years with database technique, compiling electronic wound ticket module, management and analyse module of the wounded information and expert consultant module which have technical feature of Chemical-Defence Medicine to implement assembling effectively of the wounded information and quick diagnosis of wound. Summarizing new development of medical services of our and foreign army, it constructs rescue and command module for real-time monitoring, management orderly and overall planning for numbers of wounded, rescuer and relief materials which are disordered at the scene and implement classification and evacuation orderly of thousands of wounded, effective cooperation of each rescue unit and reasonable scheme of relief materials. The systemic digital integration and transmission system can carry out real-time coordinating and remote transmission of the data of succor scene to achieve the requires of the ladderlike first-aid and the remote command under field condition.The research adopts advanced WLAN technology to construct the Mobile WLAN Flat of Medical Information consist of server, mobile terminal, wireless signal transceiver, bar code gather facility and information output facility. We build a medical service command and medical information software system of emergency rescue for numbers of wounded by chemical under field condition and terroristic attack using advanced database technology upon the physical flat. This system merges WLAN technique, Chemical-Defence Medicine, medical services and medical information organically and is used for the field emergency rescue of Chemical-Defence Medicine under field condition and terroristic attack.
