Rantes And Ccr1 Is Lichen Planus And Significance

Objects To investigate the possible role of RANTES and CCRl in the migration of leucocytes into the lesions in lichen planus.Method Stand immunohistochemistry techniques were used to visualize the expression of RANTES and CCRl in parrif sections.Normal skin were used as the control.Results (1) RANTES was expressed by epithelial keratinocytes in the lesions of LP but negative in normal skin .(2) CCRl was generraly negative in normal skin ,but positive in the infiltrating lymphoid cells in the case of LP.Conclusion RANTES by epithelial keratinocytes and CCRl by infiltrating lymphoid cells are correlated with the infiltrating of lymphocytes.
