Objective: To investigate the influencing factors which would affect the 3 to 7 years old deaf children's hearing rehabilitation. It can provide the scientific data to the researchers who study on the children's hearing rehabilitation. Methods: In this case only study based on center of deaf children's rehabilitation, 132 children were collected. These children were tallied with the selected standard and their information was written down particularly. According to the assessment item, the value which ≥80% were assigned to the cases, and the value which <80% were assigned to the controls, then collected the influencing factors. By means of simple and multivariable conditional logistic regression, 10 factors were analyzed. Results: Simple conditional logistic regression showed that nude ear hearing threshold (OR=0.288,ORCI95 % =0.160~0.511), hearing threshold with hearing aids (OR=0.07,95%CI:0.013~0.163), the chance of starting hearing and speech rehabilitation (OR=0.661,95%CI:0.488~0.897), the first time of installing hearing aids (OR=0.229,95 % CI:0.081-0.660) and installing hearing aids to the single or double ear (OR=7.274,95%CI:1.352-39.129) are the influencing factors. Multivariable conditional logistic regression showed that hearing threshold with hearing aids (OR=0.096, 95%CI: 0.036-0.255), the first time of installing hearing aids (OR=0.137, 95%CI: 0.020-0.926) and installing hearing aids to the single or double ear(OR=9.131, 95%CI: 1.624-51.330) are the influencing factors. Conclusions: Hearing and speech rehabilitation study is a all-around work, the influencing factors of hearing rehabilitation is multiplex. Hearing threshold with hearing aids, the first time of installing hearing aids and installing hearing aids to the single or double ear are three key factors contributing to hearing rehabilitation, nude ear hearing threshold and the chance of starting hearing and speech rehabilitation maybe the influencing factors.
