Experimental Research. Qubi Network Cream Treatment Rat Adjuvant Arthritis

Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) is a autoimmunity disease. Up till now, the reason of this disease is uncertain,let alone the ideal curative means. But tradition Chinese Medicine have some advantages of steady curative effect, little side-effect and easy acceptance. Qu Bi Tong Luo plaster is a experienced prescript. By researching, we observe the influence of Qu Bi Tong Luo plaster on IL-2 so as to understand the theory that Qu Bi Tong Luo plaster can cure AS.Experimental objects and means:There are fourty male wistar rats which are divided into four groups and every group has 10 rats. They are in proper sepuence blank contrastive group, model contrastive group, Fu Ta Lin plastar group, Qu Bi Tong Luo plaster group .Apart from blank contrastive group, the others are injected Freunds adjuvant complete inright-behind toes by 0.1ml. According to the ratio of shin area between man and rat, we make sure the doses of every group. After injecting , we observe the volumes of right toe of every rat at different time. By the time the experiment has last for 24 days we kill rats and collect specimens. Next step is to survey experimental data. All data is counted up through analysis of variance by SPSS.Results: IL-2:Fu Ta Lin plaster group and Qu Bi Tong Luo plaster group have good effects;but none of them are emphatic.
