Western medicine thinks that the causes of AS have some factors such as infection, immunity and endocrine disease,etc. The mechanism of it has something to do with cellular immunity and humoral immunity. TNF-α is begotten by active macrophage,monocyte and T cell. TNF-α is important cell factors which can improve inflammation of AS.
