| Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine have been playing an important role in the treatment with the malignant tumor in the later periods in the last years, based on medication rules of tumour in Pujifang by computer system, sieving Chinese herbal medicine eg. rhubarb and costusroot applied frequently from Changantai, we detected monomor of rhubarb and costusroot which killed and repressed different tumor cells. We seived monomer specific target effect, clear chemical constitution from clinical effective compositions. We laid the foundation for developing monomer compisition of Traditional Chinese medicine.Method: Sieving rhubarb and costusroot applied most frequently in treating tumor by computer. Firstly archin, rheic acid, elecampane camphor, isoalantolactone which is divided into four groups. Each group alone which acted on MCF-7, Hela, A375 cells. Secondly we compared combination of alant camphor with emodin and emodin monomer. MTT assay and fluorescent staining were used to determine the role of the traditional Chinese medicine on apoptosis of these tumor cells.Result: archin, rheic acid have evident effects on many tumor cells .The inhibiting effect showed concentration-dependent and time-depentent manners. The strength of killing and repression of each monomer to tumor cells is archin>rheic acid; elecampane camphor> isoalantolactone. Combination group of alant camphor with emodin were superior to emodin monomer, P<0. 05, there was differences in statistics we observed appearance of evident apoptosis by the microscope.Conclusion: Under the guide of the traditional Chinese medicine foundation theories, we studied drugs for tumor metastasis utilizing monomer of traditional Chinese medicine digitalized and structured . This experiment showed modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Archin, elecampane camphor have killing and inhibiting effects on many tumor cells, and combination of them will be likely to be the modern new medicine preventing tumor from metastasis. |
