| The whole essay discusses the cognition and comprehensive of diabetic by both traditional Chinese medicine and western medition,combining with the academic ideas and clinical experience of Professor Gaopu on the senile diabetic research,leads to the method of nurishing qi and yin,elimenating the supernumerary heat Nurishing qi and yin is for the foundation of deficient qi and yin,elimenating the supernumerary heat is for the prevalence of heat on the beginning of diabeticfusion three methods together,and simultaneous treatment of branch and root,to observe the ameliorative effect of Cenliandong capsule on type 2 senile diabetic belonging to the deficient qi and yin and having estra heat.Purpose: to observe the ameliorative effect of Senliandong capsule on type 2 senile diabetic belonging to the deficient qi and yin and having estra heat.method:treatment group contains 30 cases,taking the capsule of Senliandong;matched control group contained 30 cases,taking the tablet of disha.the treatment lasted four weeks.we looked into the secrity,symptom,blood sugar,glycol serum protein,blood ester and the flowing condition of blood. results:the majority symptom of treatment group had obvious improvement,the effective rate is 76.6%,better than the contol group (p<0.05) . treatment group can descend the FBS,PBS,Glyco serum protein,TC,TG and LDL-C,there was obvious difference with the control in decling TC(P<0.05) .the flowing condition of blood after curing shows the obvious descent,but between the two groups,there is no difference ( p>0. 05 ) .conclusion:the senliandong capsule cured type 2 senile diabetic was affirmative,in the ameliorative symptom,lowered the ,blood sugar,glycol serum protein,blood ester and the flowing condition of blood,special in the ameliorative symptom is better than control group. but the contorted group is better than the treatment group in lowing the blood sugar and glycol serum protein. |
