Objective:Observing the curative effect of the traditional Chinese herb medicine LangHuanJiaKangLing (LHJKL) on hyperthyroidism (GD) and through clinical experiments, probing the medicinism and the impact of LHJKL on the related indexs of hyperthyroidism patients. It will provide credible theory for clinical use. Methods:1 select patients:(1)age beongs to 18-65 years old;(2)conforming to the diagnostic standards of hyperthyroidism along with GD eyedisease;(3)chineses symptoms belong to middle stage of GD;(4)ALT,AST≯normally double, TBIL≯normally triple, WBC≮2.5×109/L.2 delete patients:(1)not conforming to above standards; (2)accompanying other serious diseases; (3)using other medicines.3 clinical patients66 patients of hyperthyrodism coming from the outpatient department and inpatient department were divided randomly into three groups:the western medicine group ,the herb and combination group. There were 22 patients in each group without significant differences in sex, age, symptom pattern among three groups(p>0.05).4 treatment project:(1)the western medicine group : only treated with western medicine Tapazol;(2)the herb group :treated with Chinese medince LHJKL;(3)the combination group: treated with Chinese medince LHJKL as well as westernmedicine. The treatment time was composed of 180 days.5 therapeutic efficiency observationWriting down the corresponding mainly clinical symptoms and physical signs each two weeks and making a statistical disposal.Laboratory test indexs of FT3,FT4,T3, T4,and TSH each two mouths.TGA and TMA on patients were observed before and after the treatment and made a statistical disposal.6 safety observationThe blood-routine, lever function and kidney function were examined each month to judge if the LHJKL had any side-effect or toxicity. Results:1 Comparing the therapeutic effect of three groups, there were not statistical significant between the western medicine group and the combination group (p>0.05). While the herb group compared with the combination group and the western medicine group, the differences were significant (p<0.01).2 Comparing the total scores of Chinese symptoms , the western medicine group and the herb group after the treatment were better than those of the combination group (p < 0.05).There were enormously significant differences(p < 0.01)when making comparision among three groups after the treatment, we found there were significant differences in statistic (p<0.05), while compared the combination group with the western medicine group and the herb group. The western medicine group were not different from the herb group in statistic(p>0.05).3 Comparing the concerning physical signs, there were not significant differences of the western medicine group before and after therapy (p>0.05).The situation of the combination group and the herb group were just on the contrary(p<0.05). When making comparision of the concerning physical signs among three groups after the treatment, there were not significant differences between the combination group and the herb group in statistic (p>0.05). While compared the western medicine group with the combination group and the herb group, the differences were enormously significant (p<0.01).4 After treatment the combination group and the western medicine group had better results of the concerning serum levels of FT3,FT4,T3,T4 and TSH than before treatment ,while the herb group only improved the results of TSH. When the herb group compared with the combination group and the western medicine group ,the differences were enormously (p<0.01).The differences of the combination group and the western medicine group were also significant (p<0.05).5 The immunity indexs of the western medicine group after treatment were not better than that of before treatment, while the indexs of the other groups were better. When making comparision of the immunity index among three groups after the treatment, there were not significant differences between the combination group and the herb medicine group(p>0.05). While compared the western medici...
