Anger On The Inflammation Permit Patients With Sudden Deafness Plasma Superoxide Dismutase (sod), 6 - Keto - Prostaglandin (pgf <sub> 1a </ Sub>) Experimental Research

Objective:To observe the changes of SOD and PGF1a in blood plasma of patients, who Suffered from Sudden Hearing Loss and diagnosed by hepatopyrexia according to TCM. Thus, SOD and PGF1a can become a clinical method to determine whether Sudden Hearing Loss be regarded as hepatopyrexia according to TCM.Methods: Through methods of hydroxylamine and method of ELISA, We detected'the activity of SOD and quantities of PGF1a in blood plasma of thirty Sudden Hearing loss patients diagnosed by hepatopyrexia according to TCM, of ten health subjects, of twenty Sudden Hearing Loss patients diagnosed by insufficiency of the kidney according to TCM, of twenty other patients diagnosed by hepatopyrexia according to TCM, of ten related subjects.Results: The levels of SOD in blood plasma of Sudden Hearing loss diagnosed by hepatopyrexia according to TCM are significantly lower than other groups (p<0. 05) , and the levels of PGF1a in blood plasma of Sudden Hearing Loss diagnosed by hepatopyrexia according to TCM are significantly higher than other groups (p<0.05) . Conclusions: the quantities of SOD and PGF1a in blood plasma are valuable clinical substances to relate Sudden Hearing Loss and hepatopyrexia in TCM. They can determine Sudden Hearing Loss to be regarded as hepatopyrexia according to TCM.
