| Which is studied is originated from clinical experiences, its effect on curing diabetes mellitus(DM) is affirmative. Basing on the theory and combining with experiments, this thesis testifies the compatibility action of Drugs team of reinforcing qi and promoting blood circulation in treating diabetes mellitus.The first part: TheoryIn this paper ,it is put forward that Qi deficiency and blood stasis is in the all period of DM ,which break through the old theory of limiting this etiologic factor in the later period or complication of DM. Furthermore, it is studied deeply on etiologic factor and mechanism of DM which makes solid theoretical basis on reinforcing Qi and activating blood drugs team's compatibility use.The second part: ExperimentsIn this part, we proved that can take great effect on these sides such as avoirdupois, blood glucose, insulin, hemorrheology, thymus and spleen index etc of DM mouse, which is further approved that reinforcing Qi and activating blood drugs team in choosing and using drugs when facing DM is very meaningful. |
