| The present paper is composed of two part:the experimental study and the theoretical.Objective:To research on effects of Powder of Detoxicating and Activating the Collaterals and Regulating Livers on diabetic rats models caused by high fat feed and streptozotocin, study the mechanism of Shenmaijiangtang granule by treating it to insulin resistance model of type 2 diabetes mellitus,to provide scientific bases for clinical dosage.Method:Made insulin resistance model of type 2 diabetes mellitus which were raised on a low dose of sredpotocin injected into the vein of rat's tail and a high caloric dier followed, showing the influence of insulin resistance and insular islandβcell secreting capability by LiGuangWei index and△I30/△G30;the rats behind legs skeleton muscle glycogen and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) can show the energy influence.Then,the SOD activity and MDA level in tissues of rats'liver were measured.Result:Compel with model group, Shenmaijiangtang granule can improve△I30/△G30(P<0.05),improve glycogen and SDH of rat's behind legs(P＜0.05),increase SOD contet of rats'serum,and the content of MDA in liver tissue was determined (P＜0.01), but LiGuangWei index has not obviously change (P>0.05)Conclusion:Shenmaijiangtang granule can improve insular islandβcell secreting capability, enhance the glucose's using in skeleton muscle and the SOD content of serum, so Shenmaijiangtang granule can prevents and treats XiaoKeBing.And with upper security. |
