Objective In order to ascertain the relationship between IMT and CRP.WBC.MCP-1.resistin ,at the same time to observe the effects of angiotensionⅡ type Ⅰreceptor inhibitor (losartan) on expression of many inflammation gene and thing of spot mass. discuss the mechanism of atherosclerosis, which contribute to prevent and control atherosclerosis. Methods 140 sufferer of 2- type diabetes mellitus are examined height .body weight. c-reactive protein (CRP),microalbuminuria, true insulin and HbA1c ,carotid intimal-medial thinkness and spot mass is measured with high resolution ultrasonography. 60 sufferer are measured monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and resisitin. Among those people who combinate hypertention are divided into two group randomly. People of experiment take medicine of losartan (50mg/d ), people of comparision take medicine except ACEI, long effect CCB and ARB, which continue eight weeks. Sufferer are counterchecked. Results Among the analysis of multiple regression, IMT is dependent variable, total number of leucocyte, microalbuminuria and CRP come into equation of regression. MCP-1,resistin have positive correlate with IMT, and so on is resistin and CRP. losartan can drop the concentration of MCP-1 and The integral of spot mass, there was no significant effect on total number of leucocyte .CRP and blood fat ,but total number of leucocyte .CRP and Carotid intimal-medial thinkness in experiment is lower than that in control. Conclusions MCP-1,resistin have positive correlate with IMT, total number of leucocyte and CRP have influence on IMT, losartan can play down the reaction of inflammation compared with control, at the same time losartan is likely to stay the course of atherosclerosis and stabilize the spot mass.
