SPGC is one of the classicalsutra of TCM, which is the foundation of the combination for TCM basic theory and theclinic applications .It has significant instruction for TCM clinical practice. Afterinvestigation for the literature of recent 10 years, I find out there are a large amountof medical records concerned with SPGC s strategies and prescriptions, which havegood results. Unfortunately, these ample clinic data are short of systemic, embeddedsum-up, analysis,clean-up and argumentation. So it is the conception of this researchto gather and make use of these clinical data to transform to valuable,reusableinformation so as to act as the Decision support of the subject of SPGC s development. We use Data Warehouse (DW), the advanced information processing tool, to integratethese data,and discover the application disciplines and internal organic relationsin order to make SPGC instruct clinic more effectively and easily, and quicken themodernization of SPGC. With Access97 developed by Microsoft Co. and obeying on the TCM Subject Headings,aiming at TCM s ancient books, which developed by information research lab of thepreclinical medical college in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BJUCM), Westore up, parse and mark the SPGC -related medical records of the whole article .then,transmit to the TCM record DW systems developed by information research lab of BJUCMto calculate,analysis, to achieve multi-layer,multi-viewpoint inquiry, informationcollection, primary related information analysis and compound item informationanalysis,and finally compared with the history data of SPGC through the result ofinformation analysis, to achieve data mining and knowledge discovery . the wholeprocess of this research is literature gathering parse & mark, informanizationstorage sum-up &evaluation . The detailed work are as follows, 1 Collect and clean-up all 5,294 SPGC-related literatures published on CNKI from1994 till2002. 2 Selected 135 papers involved with 274 records,518 times and 613 schemes from53 journals about Dang Gui Shao Yao powder (DGSYP) and Gui Zhi Fu Ling pill (GZFLP). 3 Parse and mark these records on Access97,realizing informaitionized storage. 4 Transmit into TCM Record DW system to calculate,analysis and inquire about thename, diagnosis, differentiation,treating criterion, prescription and medicationrule. 5 Compared with history data, discuss the science system of SPGC , esp. the clinicalapplication trends concerned the upper 2 commonly-used prescriptions . 6.Based on the mark and parse work , set down The detailed Mark & Parse Criterionsof TCM Modern Record Literatures4 从 金匮 方现代应用信息分析看 金匮 学术的继承'发展 Discuss the following items at the end of the dissertation, 1.related primary information analysis,such as the suitable disease, symptoms andsigns,lingua and pulse signs, pathogen, mechanism, phase characters,Rx, prescriptionand medication,etc. 2.went deep into certain layer of the analysis results to achieve compound iteminformation analysis, in some extent , compensate the context omitted by SPGC. Still painfulnessis still the first suitable disease among all.
