Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Tcm Syndrome And Related Factors In Clinical Studies

Objective To investigation the relationship between TCM syndromes types of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and clinical related factors.Methods Sixty cases of BPH were divided into six syndromes included damp-heated bladder, asthenia nephroyin, asthenia nephroyang , heat and air blocked lung, air sluggish and blood stasis, Zhong Qi deficiency. Record dates about clinical related factors. 60 cases of BPH were analysed by SPSS, Chi-squares test, analysis of variance, t-check.Results The other syndromes are more serious than damp-heated bladder . When the patients, condition get worse, the most syndromes are thasthenia nephroyin and asthenia nephroyang. The volume of prostate residual urine have crrelation with syndromes, asthenia nephroyin and asthenia nephroyang are lower volume than damp-heated bladder and air sluggish and blood stasis, asthenia nephroyin, asthenia nephroyang, Zhong Qi deficiency, are asthenia syndromrs. damp-heated bladder, heat and air blocked lung, air sluggish and blood stasis are sthenic syndromrs. When Max urine rate of flow is larger than 15ml/s, the most syndrome is air sluggish and blood stasis. When it is smaller than 10ml/s, the most syndromes are damp-heated bladder and asthenia nephroyin, BPH c ombined 2 or more other diseases could always seen in damp-heated bladder and asthenia nephroyin, renal function have no correlation with syndromes.Conclusion On the base of Chinese traditional medicine dialectical, binding related factors, will rise accurate of dialectical, instruct clinical mecicines. It is used for objective Chinese traditional medicine syndromes types.
