Related Factors Analysis And Clinical Significance Of Prostate Hyperplasia Associated With Acute Urine Retention

Objective:To investigate the value of age,PV,PSA and IPP in predicting BPH complicated with AUR,and analysis its clinical value.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect 174 cases of BPH patients who were diagnosed as BPH from March 2015 to March 2017 in Second Hospital Affiliated,Tianjin Medical University Department of urology.The data were collected including age,PSA,PV,Qmax,IPP,history of disease,PVR,IPSS score,QOL score and so on.At the same time,A/B of two groups of patients at different ages(50-59 years old group,60-69 age group,70-79 age group and over 80 age group),different values of serum t-PSA(3.99ng/ml group,4-9.99ng/ml group,10-19.99ng/ml group),different volume range(less than 29.9ml group,30-49.9ml group,50-79.9 group,80-99.9 group,100 ml group)groups,and compare the difference AUR rate of between A and B,and do the correlation analysis on age,PV,PSA.Some patients were divided into D1 group(0 times,45 cases),D2 group(1-2 times,32 cases)and D3 group(2 times or more,6 cases)according to the number of AUR.Results:1.The mean age in A and B group were separately(67.06±8.24)and(68.88±7.94),TPV separately(65.23±35.21)ml and(50.64±28.3B4)ml,t-PSA were(8.421±7.221)ng/ml and(5.624±4.466)ng/ml,f-PSA separately were(1.688±1.004)ng/ml and(1.046 + 0.582)ng/ml,IPP were(18.46±8.08)mm and(5.6±4.2)mm(P<0.05).2.There were statistically great differences among diverse age groups,diverse TPV levels,diverse PSA levels and IPP groups(P < 0.05)between A and B group.3.There was a positive relevant between age and PV(P<0.05),and the same 4.situation are PV and serum PSA(P<0.01),and significant positive relevant between serum PSA and age(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The greater the age,the larger the PV,the higher the PSA and the IPP value,the greater the probability of AUR.Therefore,age,PV,IPP value and PSA are ascend factors of BPH complicating AUR.2.With the ascend of age,the PV and PSA ascend gradually,and PSA increased mainly with the ascend of the PV.3.The hazards factors for benign prostate hyperplasia complicated with AUR were the Qmax,PVR,IPSS and f-PSA.However,the risk of BPH complicated with AUR has no clear correlation between the history of dysuria,QOL score and F/T-PSA value.4.There was a statistically significant difference between the three groups in the D1 group,the D2 group,and the D3 group.Patients is more prone to AUR when the IPP value beyond 6cm.When the IPP value of BPH patients beyond2 cm,the risk of recurrence of AUR after pulling out the catheter is very high.
