Objective:Observing the clinical effect of combination of the western madicine (WM) treatment and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) shenshuaiyihao add enema on CRF,probing the impact of the comprehensive treatment on the related renal failure function index. Methods:(1)88cases of CRF coming from the inpatient department were randomly divided into two groups:therapy group and control group, therapy group (45cases) was added with the TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)shenshuaiyihao add enema on the base of WM(western madicine) treatment, control group (43cases) was treated with western madicine treatment only.there were no significant in sex, age, basic disease, the time of disease between two groups(P>0.05),the teatment time was composed three weeks. (2)Observing the symptoms, signs and total effective ratios before and after the teatment, making a statistitical disposal and comparing the curatine effects.(3)Observing the change of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatin, albumin, total protein, calcium, phosphyrus, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein in patients before and after teatment in order to compare the curatine effects. Result:(1)With comprehensive clinical analysis, the efficiency(88.67%) in the therapy group patients was noticeabaly higher than that(60.47%)in the central group patients, (2)in the therapy group patients ,after treatment, urea nitrogen and serum creatin were significantly reduced (p<0.01),at the same time Ccr increased markedlyjon the other hand in the control group urea nitrogen and serum creatin were reduced too.but Ccr had no significant increase.when compared with the control group, the treatment group had a signidicantly better results. (3) compard with before treatment, both group had significant differences in the contents of TP, ALB, C3, HGB, Ca and P(P<0.01 or P<0.05).But in the control group, there was no significant difference in the contents of TP, ALB, C3. (5) After treatment, there were significant differences in the contents of TG, TCHOL, LDL and HDL in the therapy group patients(P<0.01 or P<0.05),comparatively,no markedly differences in the control group (P>0.05) . Conclusion:The results showed that(1)the comprehensive way could reduce Scr ,BUN and improve Ccr,so it could improve renal function significantly. (2)It has the effects of in habiting increase of the glomerular cells and also restarting glomerular sclerosis,so it could restart the progression of CRF. (3)the comprehensive way therapy treat patient batter than the way use WM only in nondialysis patient.
