Ling Xiong Capsule Treatment Of Migraine (wind Sun On The Disturbing, Collaterals And Permits) The Clinical Observation

Migraine is one of the common and multi-happened diease.The exact aetiology and pathogenesis is poorly understood.Majority regard it as a nerve-vein headache,Cortical Spreading Depression(CSD) is related in foreboding symptom.It belongs to "toufeng", "headache", "piantoufeng" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The sorts of western for treating the diease is more and more,but all exist side effect.Chinese medicine have only a good effect,especially to these incidental symptom.But migraine is acute and curing is difficult,It needs a treatment for a long term.So it is very essential to develop quick effect medicine.According to many years experience we regard that migraine is resulted from fengyangshangrao-luomaibuhe and is treated by lingxiong capsule.Methods:Eighty-one cases were randomly divided into two groups:sixty-one patients as treatment group who received lingxiong capsule,thrice a day,three tablets once;and twenty patients as control group were treated by zhennaoling capsule, four tablets once,thrice a day too.Continuous one month as one course oftreatment,theheadacheintention,lasting-time,frequency,accompanying-symptom,hemo rheology,EKG were observed before and after therapy.Results: 1. The total effective rates of clinical symptoms are 86.9% and 80.0% in treatment group and control group respectively.The significant effective rates are 45.9% and 45%.There is no statistical difference between the two groups.(P>0.05 )2.The total effective rates of the TCM symptoms are 85.2%and 70% in treatment group and control group respectively.The significant effective rates are 41% and 45%.There is no statistical difference between the two groups.(P>0.05)3.On the time of taking effect and stopping pain(VAS method ),there is no statistical difference between the two groups. (P>0.05)4.Correcting blood hemorheology,blood route,stool route,urine route,EKG, the function of liver and kidney before and after therapy,there are not obvious difference. (P>0.05)Conclusions :as the total effective rates of clinical symptoms and the TCM symptoms and relieving pain are concerned,lingxiong capsule the same as zhennaoling has obvious effect on migraine. As bad event ,bad reaction and laboratory examination before and after therapy is concerned,lingxiong capsule is very safe to body and has no side effect.
