Western Rural Health And Medical Status Quo And Development Research - Gansu County Health And Medical Research

This thesis deploys the problems of health care in the rural regions of the West China, based on a survey research of sanitation states in Ning county of GanSu Province. Mostly it reveals problems of the sanitation system by describing it's developing states. Then the author brings forward to strengthen the intervention of the government, reform the system of the local sanitation services, establish the feasible rural health care to ensure the rural peoples' health.This full thesis comprises five sections. In section 1, the author introduces the signification of choosing the subject, the simple history of the rural sanitation services, the theory studies complexion, and the survey circs. Section 2 introduces the basic states of sanitation in rural regions of the West China by the survey materials. It includes the complexion of the local medical resources and medical services industry, peoples' health conditions, healthy consciousness, medical requirements and behaviors to hospitalize etc. Section 3 concludes the conflict and the problem in the western rural common sanitation fields by analyzing the complexion introduced in the Section 2,educes third party to intervene, namely government intervene, establish the rural health care. In section 4, the author treatises the necessity to set up rural health care, discusses the possible problems and hindered factors. Accordingly, in the section 5, the author puts forward to the reflect and advice of establishing the New Model Co-operated Medicine System in Ning County, GanSu province. It includes two aspects. Firstly the author mainly discusses how to construct a fine medical and policy conditions, then advances a particular advice to upbuilding a Co-operated Medicine System based on the development of local social economy and sanitation in Ning County, involved the motives, fundamentals, funds , contents and standards of insurance etc.
