Ment Of Community Health Services Status And Trends Of Development Research

[Objective] To investigate and analyze the present situation of community health service in Hangzhou, and to study the development trend of community health service from 2001 to 2003, and to arrange the community health service centers in order according to some standards and study the influence of standardizing on the community health service centers, affording evidence to the development of community health service. [Methods] We Use overall survey to all the community health service centers and sampling survey to 450 patients and 450 residents by asking questionnaires. We divide all the community health service centers into two groups, one is standardizing group and the other is contrast group. We adopt the evaluate system and the weight of standard of Beijing and analyze the database by SASS. [Results] There are 45 community health service centers in Hangzhou. The doctors and nurses per thousand people are keeping steady from 2001 to 2003 and the number of doctors and nurses per thousand people is 0.79 and 0.38. The outpatient times per person of 2003 increase 30% than that of 2001; the business quantity per person of 2003 increase 20% than that of 2001; the screening rate of hypertension increase 35% than that of 2001; the screening rate of diabetes increase 58% that that of 2001. The first five community health service centers are Sijiqing, Jianqiao, Zhuantang, Hemu and Liuxia by input index; the first five community health service centers are Beishan, Kaixuan,Sijiqing, Qingbojinjiang and Caihe by index on service content; the first five community health service centers are Ziyang, Hubin, Yuanpu, Changhe and Zhuantang by index on service satisfactory; the last six community health service centers are Longwu, Xixi, Qingbojinjian, Cuiyuan and Ziyang by index on service effects; the first five community health service centers are Nanxingwangjiang, Xihu, Changhe, Ziyang and Puyan by index on proportion of medicine income; the first five community health service centers by comprehension index are Sijiqing, Kaixuan, Zhuantang, Beishan, arid Mishixiang and the last five are Longwu, Zhoupu, Xixi, Yuanpu and Xiangfu. The outpatient times per person of standardizing group is 1381.59 531.188, the contrast group is 1008.27+403.842; the business quantity per person of standardizing group is 14.76 4.838, the contrast group is 11.48 3.990; the screening rate of diabetes of standardizing group is 0.01 0.005, the contrast group is 0.00 0.003, and through statistics test, there is significance difference between the two groups. [Conclusion] Standardizing can promote the development of community health service in Hangzhou, and It is urgent to establish a evaluate system adapting Hangzhou to evaluate the community health service, manage the materials in a scientific way and hasten the training of general doctors, so that we can promote the development of community health service.
