| Asthma is a common disease in clinic. It is also a common disease in respiratory system. The incidence rate of asthma is high in city. It is very hard to cure asthma and the disease is often turning to chronic stage. So, it often influences the physical and mental health of patients and get enormous burden to society. At present the mechanism of asthma is not clear fully and the treatment just can recreate the symptom but not cure it thoroughly. So, it is an important topic for modern medicine on how to discuss the mechanism asthma and how to find operative method to prevent and cure asthma. It got great achievement for Acupuncture to prevent and cure asthma. It is an important task needing solved for modern acupuncture on how to discuss the pathophysiologic mechanism of acupuncture to prevent and cure asthma by animal experiment and provide dependent scientific proofs for preventing and curing the disease in future.There are many path physiologic mechanisms in the occurrence and development of asthma. Allergic reaction and inflammatory reaction are important parts in them. How to inhibit allergic reaction and inflammatory reaction is an important link in prevention and cure of asthma. It has found in modern study that IgE, IL-4, TNF and PLA2 are very important in allergic reaction and inflammatory reaction of asthma. We can find the deep principle in prevention and cure of asthma by acupuncture if acupuncture can adjust these factors. It will establish the experiment root for preventing and curing asthma more accurately in clinic.The guinea pigs are divided to normal group, model group, yanglingquan group and dazhui group in this experiment. There are 10 guinea pigs in every group. The guinea pigs in normal group are raised in the same time with other groups. The guinea pigs in model group are raised with 10 days after being made model by ova-protein sensitization. The guinea pigs in yanglingquan group are raised with 10 days after being made model. They get their yanglingquan punctured once a day. The guinea pigs in dazhui group are raised with 10 days after being made model. They get their dazhui punctured once a day. After 10 days, we observed the pathological sections of lung and IgE, IL-4, TNF and PLA2 in serum of all groups.Result:(1) It shows normal physical state in normal group. It shows greatchange in pathological sections of lung and IgE, IL-4, TNF and PLA2 in serum of model group. This shows the model is very successful.(2) It shows great change to recover in pathological sections of lung and IgE, IL-4 and PLA2 in serum of Yangl ingquan group. The deference between Yanglingquan group and model group is notable. It shows there is some therapy function for asthma by puncturing Yanglingquan.(3) It shows great change to recover in pathological sections of lung and IgE, IL-4, TNF and PLA2 in serum of Dazhui group. The deference between Dazhui group and model group is notable. The change of IgE, IL-4, TNF, PLA2 in Dazhui group is more notable than Yanglinquan group. It shows that it is more excellent to cure asthma by puncturing Dazhui than Yanglingquan.(4) Acupuncture can ameliorate the pathologic state of guinea pigs and adjust the content of IgE, IL-4, TNF and PLA2 in serum. It shows that acupuncture can adjust the allergic reaction and inflammatory reaction and control asthma and ameliorate the lesion of lung. So, it can cure asthma.Put all together, acupuncture can protect asthma. It is more effective by puncturing Dazhui than Yanglingquan. The mechanism of function is related to it can adjust the disorderly state of asthma and inhibit allergic reaction and inflammatory reaction. |
