| Objective: To observe the effects of Jingtongning on isolated uterus of big rats. To study the .analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of Jingtongning. The influence of Jingtongning on uterus and ovary of early youth rats was estimated. These effects may be the main pharmacologic basis for treating. Methods: Theexperiment of free rat uterus was used to study the effects of Jingtongning on the contractive amplitude , frequency and vitality of uterine smooth muscles . Contraction of free rat uterine smooth muscles was induced "by oxytocin . Ache was caused by heat blade. Inflammation was caused by dimethybenzene. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of Jingtongning was observed through them. The influence of Jingtongning on uterus and ovary of early youth rats was estimated after contine giving drug. Results: Jingtongning strongly inhibited theautonomic contraction activities of free rat uterus and remitted the sereve uterine contraction. of rat induced by boxytocin. Jingtongning could decrease -ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and elongate pain threshold valve induced by on heat blade in mice. Jingtongning did not- obviously effect the weights of uterus and ovary of early yorth rats. Conclusion: Jingtongning has good effects on primarydysmenorrhea. |
