Dampness Focus Permit The Experimental Study Of The Pathogenesis

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the generally pathological essence of syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao and the mechanism of the whole,parts and modifications of Pingweisan which used to treat the syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao by direct thought way of modern medicine.METHOD:The syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao in rats were modeled and treated by the whole,parts and modifications of Pingweisan .Meanwhile,the density of ALD -, ANP and NT of every group were measured.RESULTS:In the rats of syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao.the density of ALD was lower,while the density of ANP and NT higher. After the cure of the whole,parts and modifications of Pingweisan ,ALD and ANP in the modle groups had a trend of recovering the normal level,NT in the model groups almost recovered itself.CONCLUSIONSrl.the weigh,tempture, consumption of diet and consumption of drink in the rats of syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao all decreased, the weigh, consumption of diet and consumption of drink went up and the tempture recovered the normal level after the cure of the whole,parts and modifications of Pingweisan.2.The syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao shows the mulfunction of water and electroyte metabolism and intestinal movement,and then results in the change of ALD, ANP and NT.3.Pingweisan can adjust the water and electroyte metabolism of ALD , ANP and NT and can treat the syndronme of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao directly to recover it to normal level gradually.
