Changes in indexes of blood viscosity Pao2,PaCO2, Hb, packed red cell volume and pulmonary hemotachogram were observed before and after medication in 50 cases of chronic pulmonary heat disease treated by intravenous infusion of ligusticum piperazine. The results showed that ligusticum piperazine remarkably improved related indexes in chronic pulmonary heat disease (p<0.01), without any side-effect.its mechanism:①The ligusticum piperazin has obviously removing the stasis function, it can low the blood platelets gathering, restrain the blood platelets coagulate.This function has been confirmed by many experiments research.②it can expand small artery , improve tiny circulation, low the lung artery press.The anoxia is ameliorative, the small artery in lung convulses, the blood resistance reduces, the right heart beats blood measures increment, the right heart function is immediately ameliorative.③According to the cultural heritage rePaort, blood vessel expansion treatment lung secret concern, lower the PaO2, SaO2 and lower blood pressure etc. sideeffect.The reason is a blood vessel to extended the anoxia lung bubble a namely invalid room , but ventilate could not improve, namely invalid circulation, the spirit, blood comparison is out of tune, further descent in PaO2.But results of our observe shows : the PaO2 is lower than normal value all go up, PaCO2 higher than normal value all descend, the PaO2 all has to go up. the results shows it can expand blood vessel, also smooth muscle in small bronchus The results confirmed that the ligusticum piperazin has to the related index sign of the chronic lung source heart attack than obviously ameliorative function.
