Congenital heart disease with diminutive pulmonary blood is characterized with decreasing pulmonary blood of complex cyanotic congenital heart diseases. Including tetralogy of Fallot, pulmonary atresia, and some other diseases with pulmonary stenosis such as double outlet of ventricle, tricuspid atresia, transposition of the great arteries, corrected transposition of the great arteries, single ventricle and so on. The pulmonary blood in congenital heart diseases with diminutive pulmonary blood comes from not only pulmonary arteries but also patent ductus arteriosus and major aorto-pulmonary collateral arteries.
