Salvia Formation Of Experimental Pulmonary Fibrosis

OBJBCTIVE: To discuss forming effect on the rat models of pulmonary fibrosis by Salvia miltiorrhizaMETHODS: Reproduce the rat models of pulmonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin to trachea , then treat the rat models by Salvia miltiorrhiza, and observe Salvia miltiorrhiza effect on the rat models with the target of pulmonary index , pulmonary pathology, expression of TGF- B, MMP2 and NF-KB in pulmonary tissue by use of immunohistochemical technique.RESULTS: Salvia miltiorrhiza could depress pulmonary index, reduce pulmonary pathological damage. At the same time ,we also observed that it could suppress the abnormal increasing expression of TGF-B, MMP2 and NF-KB in pulmonary tissue of pulmonary fibrosis mice.CONCLUSION: Salvia miltiorrhiza have good effect on relief the models of pulmonary fibrosis reproduced by bleomycia...
