In recent years, various materials people have been used to precede the repair of wound and soft-tissue in skin section and orthopedic surgery, etc., to attain the purpose of treatment and hairdressing. These materials include the traditional film, the double-function film, bioactive material etc. But these materials have many kinds of weakness; such as they can't satisfy people's request in well ventilated, comfortable, solution, biological compatibility etc. Now the research of wound repair takes side to biology more and more, because the biological products have good biocompatibility, small side effect, and good curative effect. We developed a kind of membrane mainly including sodium hyaluronate (HA membrane), aims at the weakness of every kind of films that cure the wounds. We had a test on the model of animal skin damaged. Then we conclude the membrane not only can diminish flammation and relieve pain, but also can promote wound healing.Hyaluronic acid, a kind of acid mucopolusacchride, was first found and separated from vitreous body of cow's eyes by Mayer and Palmer in 1934. Because the aqueous solution of HA can produce interaction both in-molecular and among-molecular, HA has special physical and chemical characteristics, such as hydro-transformation property, viscosity property and special biology function, and it has positive and evident effect in the aspects of participating tissue-repair and promoting the wound heal. But the time that the natural HA stays on the wound is shorter than that of the wounds heal, it can't match the purpose of the treatment. So, according to the HA characteristics, we proceed decomposition by adding HC1 to HA, then freeze it and defrost it again and again, by this way proceeding cross-linking, prolonging the dissolving time of HA. According to cross-linking design experiment, we have a test on its physical properties, to choose the best processing parameters.According to the best processing route, we produced HA-earthworramedicine film and HA- Phenytoin medicine film by adding different contents of earthworm and Phenytoin, and put these kinds of medicine films to the big rat skin damaged experiment, to compare the water containing of the damaged tissue and the healing up. rates of different times. After analyzing, we conclude that HA- earthworm medicine film is better than HA-Phenytoin medicine film and the best adding proportion of earthworm is 1%.We preceded the research on the biological properties of the HA- 1% earthworm medicine film immediately, such as its conglutinate force with wound skin, the medicine releasing and the anti-virus. The result has shown that HA-earthworm film has strong conglutinate force, no place-stay phenomenon, and its medicine releasing good matches with the require of wound healing.
