| Virus hepatitis is a frequently occurring zymosis induced by special virus, which includes seven types at present such as hepatitis A virus(HAV), hepatitis B virus(HBV), hepatitis C virus(HCV), hepatitis D virus(HDV), hepatitis E virus(HEV), hepatitis F virus(HFV), hepatitis G virus(HGV) . Recently a new hepatitis induced by TT virus is found. Some statistical data show that the incidences of HAV, HBV, HCV, HDV and HEV are respectively 80.9 per, 57.6 per, 3.2 per, 1.2 per and 18.0 per. Its long course,heavy liver injury,difficult treatment and chronic conversion all do enormous harm. Chronic hepatitis especially chronic active hepatitis is apt to be hepatocirrhosis and carcinoma. Later research shows that immunological mechanism does a main role on virus hepatitis. So it has momentous significance to do a research on restricting immunological liver injury.Western medicine has done a deeply research on virus hepatitis. Interferon is the best medicine to all kinds of virus hepatitis, whose efficiencies to chronic HBV, HDV and HEV are respectively 45 per, 30per and 50 per. Because of costliness and side effects, all kinds of interferon are not widely applied in clinic. Treatment based on an overall analysis of symptoms and signs is a important feature of TCM. Dispelling the invading pathogenic factors and strengthening the patient's resistance are the significant principle for curing virus hepatitis. Lots of clinical practice proves that TCM has its own superiority to acute virus hepatitis, chronic virus hepatitis, hepatocirrhosis and so on.The four prescriptions of Xiaochaihu Tang,Yinchenhao Tang,Dazhechong Wan and Huangqijianzhong Tang have excellent effects on hepatic diseases, which come from literatures of Zhangzhongjing. The paper discusses the compound prescription including main herbs of the four prescription consists of four treatments. The function of compound prescription, which includes removing heat, eliminating dampness, removing stagnancy of vital energy of the liver, invigorating functioning of the spleen and activating the blood,is tally with pathogenesis and pathology of virus hepatitis. Our research work brings out the development of knowledge how Shanghanlun decoctions can treat the problematic diseases, connecting the traditional roots with modern problems.The paper consists of three parts: literature summarization, theoretical studies and experimental studies. 1.Literature summarization:We have a study of treatment of TCM widely, and discuss the nowadays model research and modern mechanism of immunlogical liver injury systematically during recent ten years.2.Theoretical studies We mainly have a study on the form and thinking of Zhongjing`s compound treatments. And from the compound treatments of He-Qing-Xiao-Bu, the paper discusses the significance of the compound four treatments used to chronic hepatitis. The study is done from four parts. The first part is Zhongjing`s viewpoint and discussion of He-Qing-Xiao-Bu treatment. The second part is the form of Zhongjing`s compound treatments. The third part is the rules and thinkings of compound treatments. And the last part discusses the meaning of He-Qing-Xiao-Bu rule of Zhongjing (HQXBRZ) in chronic hepatitis.3. Experimental studies In our experiment we are using laboratory mouse as a model induced by BCG and LPSinjection via the tail vein. And we are using HQXBRZ in different concentration, traditional called big,medium,small prescriptions to treat each ill mice group with immunological liver injury. Biphenyl dicarboxylate is a medicine of positive control group. We are continual to treating the rice with different medicne from the first-day injection of BCG to the twelve-day injection of LPS. After 24 hours from the injection of LPS, we do a research of some indexes. We are looking for liver tissue morphological changes (HE staining) and functional changes, observing the activities of serum transminase: ALT, AST.
