| Objective: To research the mechanism of Mai Tongning capsule in treating ThromboangⅡtis Obliterans (TAG) Pain by Observing the change of the level of angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) and β-Endorphin (β-EP)in the blood plasma of TAO rat model. Method: The animal model of TAO was established by injecting lauric acid into the femoral artery of rat. After we poured the medicine into the rat-s stomach, the level of AⅡ and β-EP in hypothalamus and blood plasma were inspected. Meanwhile, the change of pain threshold of rat was observed. Result: There was obvious rise in the level of β-EP and pain threshold, While the level of All decreased, conclusion: The Mai tongning capsule has significant effect of relieving pain. The mechanism may be related with the action of increasing β-EP content in hypothalamus and blood plasma and dilating peripheral blood vessel. |
