| Objective:The aim is to reseach the mechanism of Mai Tongning capsule in treating 2-stage of Thromboangiiti Obliterans(TAO)pain. Method:At first, the animal model of TAO was made through injecting Laurie acid into the femoral artery of rats.Second,We poured the medicine into rat's stomach. At last, the change of pain threshold of rat was observed. Meanwhile, the level of angiotensinll (All) and β-Endorphin(β-Ep)were inspected. Result:The pain threshold of rats have a significance rise and the levels of β-Ep,AII was increased.conclusion:The Mai Tongning capsule have significance effects of relieve pain and the mechanism may be related with the drug action of increasing β-Ep content in hypothalamus, blood plasma and sretching the peripheral blood vessel. |
