This study makes a deep research into the changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity, by using retrospective study. This study tries to probe into the pathogenesis and characteristics of clinical TCM syndromes of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity, and hopes to provide important research foundations for clinical applications. Also, it hopes to build clinical human models for research and evaluation to discover early cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity signal, through TCM syndromes, and provides practical proofs in choosing TCM as the major or supporting treatment. The results of this study are as follow:1. In the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity, the mostly TCM syndromes are phlegm syndrome, stagnant blood syndrome and deficiency syndrome. And, the patients with exterior syndromes are quit a few.2. The tongues of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity show that these tongues are often dull, and have greasy coatings. Often, compound tongues are common.3. The slippery pulses are the major pulses prior to operation, in the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity. Also, compound pulses are common.4. There are many excess syndromes in patients who are under 60 years old. And, the patients, who are above 60 years old, have more probability in getting deficiency syndromes than those who are under 60 years old.5. In these cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity, male has more probability in getting deficiency syndromes than female.6. The temperatures of these cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity are often concentrating in middling temperature.Conclusion:1. Phlegm, stagnant blood and deficiency are the key etiological and pathogenic factors of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity. And, phlegm syndrome, stagnant blood syndrome and deficiency syndrome are probably the specific TCM syndromes of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity.2. Often, external contraction fever is caused by six environmental excess and plague pestilential disease, but, because cancer patients often exist internal damage because of the cancer, so, the pathogenesis and syndrome of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity are decided by patient's constitution, internal damage and other factors. And, all these factors make the syndrome of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity atypism and complexity. This study deeply probes into the mechanism of making diagnosis and giving treatment to cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity by Traditional Chinese Medicine. And, this study has greatly positive affection on the diagnosis and treatment of the cancer patients with feverishness of respiratory tract infectivity.
