Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) is the precancerous lesion of cervical.At present,the most important thing of prevent and cure cervical cancer is still to discover and treat the precancerous lesion actively.And we know it has important significance to explore one agent harmless and have no side effect to treat the cervical precancerous lesion.After consulted the correlated date means of these decade,we discovered that:CIN can diagnose more early than the precancerous lesion of other place by means of cervical abscission cytology(TCT) and Vaginoscopy.Following the advancement of the Molecule Biologic,we learn some pathogenesis principle. But we should do more research to find the relation of apoptosis,cell factor and the progress of this disease.When it comes to the treatment,there are some curative effect of physical treatment or operation,but they aren't fit all patient.We should do more clinical study and research to find an medicine of CIN.On the base of more than two years' research, by more clinical research,we draw a conclusion: QingDuShuan can cure CIN,the total efficiency is 84.62%,with statistics process,we find that QingDuShuan can therapy CINof different grade or combined together HPV infected or not.After initial discuss,we think the etiology and pathogenesis of CIN is the moist heat and toxic factor settling and cloging in the cervical.With the experement study result, we discuss the therapy mechanism of QingDuShuan:resist proliferation,promote apoptosis,reject virus,resist infection,bring up cervical immunological function partly.By clinical experiment study,we summarize the relation about CIN and apoptosis and proliferation initially:(l) When CIN become serious, apoptosis reduce gradually;(2)After treated by QingDuShuan, apoptosis cell increased gradually;(3) When CIN become serious, proliferous cell increased gradually;(4) After treated by QingDuShuan, proliferous cell reduce gradually;(5) apoptosis cell can be seen from all the cell layer,distribute mostly on surace layer,and when CIN become more serious,it limited the surface layer gradually,(6) proliferous cell distribute mostly on basal cell layer, and when CIN becom serious.it distribute the entire cell layer gradually.
