Objective Thromboangitis obliterans (TAO) is one of common chronic periarterial ischemia disorders. There is always a puzzle about the etiology of TAO. Because of the characteristic of human medicine, the key step of etiologic research is the development of animal model with TAO. There is no systematic > confirmed example about animal model with TAO. The aim of this experiment is the development of animal model with TAO. Methods The Wister rats are managed by tobacco sensitization-. cold> autoimmunization^ injection of TAO immune abstract and disturbance of sex hormone, which are generally accepted as the important etiologic factors of TAO. Result and conclusion Through observing of acromelic sign^ pathological examination ^ scanning electromicroscopy examination >, irnmunhistochemical pathological examination <. test of circulation immune complex and hemorrheology examination, the comparison with human TAO. the animal model of TAO is identified. Afterward we have the same result when repeate this course.
