Internet-based Medical Services Applied Technology Research

In 21 centry, the information technology will rapid develope as before. This article studyed how to use internet to provide the medical service.ASP(Application Service Provider) is a new mode of e-business and of software distribute mode. It has good application perspective. First, this article described the evolutional track of the ASP, analysised the reasons that cause to generate ASP, pointed out that ASP has many benefit which traditional software distribution mode is lacked. Combinated the character of ASP and CIS(Clinic Information System), we think ASP is adapted to use in CIS, so the Medical ASP is pushed out. According to the character of the Medical Data and Clinic Information System, information sharing, data compression and data security technology are the key problem of the medical ASP.Then, we analyse the key technology of the Medical ASP. CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) is selected to solve the problem how to share information. As for data compression, it has much relation with the detailed data, so we provide a general compress algorithm. The biomodal compress algorithm is also provided, which is used to compress ECG data, because our example used it. It has better compression ratio than the former has. As for data security technology, the strongpoint and shortcoming of each encryption and decrption algorithm is list, and the two prevailing ebusiness security protocols-SSL(Secure Socket Layer) and SET(Secure Electronic Transaction) were discussed. On the base of formed two protocols, we improved the SSL protocol.At last, on the base of above work, we use Microsoft Visual C++ and Inprise Visibroker developed a PC based Medical ASP example-ECG Analysis Center. It provide the good base for develop the remote medicine system.
