| In this experiment, we chose healthy adult Wister rats and punctured "Neiguan"and "Taichong"points of the rats, in order to observe TMP's target absorption phenomenon using the method of HPLC, after the rats were poured TMP. The purpose was to probe the effect of acupuncture on TMP's target absorption phenomenon, so that we can provide objective experimental basis for "combined acupuncture and herbs" which is an efficient therapeutic method.The results showed that TMP?s content of the punctured corresponding-point group is higher than that of the merely poured group in the same period. As mentioned above, when specific acupuncture point or point group were punctured, obvious target effect of specific medicine in body was showed. |
