Since neuroimmuendocrinology(NEI) was founded by Besedovsky, it has been studied wildspreadly in the world. Nerves system, endocrine system and immune system are interwined. There are direct physical links eurons that innervate immune organs, such as spleen and lymph nodes. And now, research are unraveling the molecular links, which include the interleukins, originally viewed only as regulators of immune cells; neurotransmitters, once thought to act only between nerve cells; and hormones, the endocrine messengers. The tonic of Traditional of Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been proved that they can act NET network, which suggested that the TCM has advantage and potential to regulate NET network. The yin syndrome due to deficiency of yin-essence, manifested as low-grade or afternoon fever, flushed cheek, warm palms and soles, night sweet, dry mouth, red lips, red tongue with little coating, small and rapid pulse. The yin syndrome not only with vegetative nerve function, energy metabolism, blood rheology, free radical and microelement, but also with NET network disorder. Pill of Erzhi is composed of Eclipta prostrata L. and Ligustrum lucidum Ait.. It can nourish liver and kidney, blood and yin. It can treat yin syndrome very well. Only independent organ and system have studied the mechanism of Pill of Erzhi, not in whole level. This paper used model of yin syndrome to search its mechanism of regulation of NET network. The result as it follows: The rats of deficiency of yin, their hemotic cortisol, insulin, testosterone decreased; weight of adrenal, thyroid and thymus decreased; cholesterol and thyroid hormone increased, which showed that the rats of deficiency of yin were hyponeuroendocrinism. Pill of Erzhi could improve hemotic cortisol, insulin, testosterone; increased weight of adrenal, thyroid and thymus; reduce hemotic cholesterol and thyroid hormone. Cortisol, insulin, testosterone and thyroid hormone are all take important effect on NET network. y Hemotic ~ -endorphin of the rats of deficiency of yin decreased. ~ - endorphin is an important element in the NEI network. It can improve immune function; regulate neuroendrininism function and et al. Pill of Erzhi could increase P -endorphin of the rat of deficiency ofyin, which may be the factor of its regulating NEI network and treating yin syndrome. The mice of deficiency of yin, their lymphocyte proliferation, activity of NKC and activity of interleukin 2 reduced, which showed that the mice of yin were immunologic inadequacy. Pill of Erzhi could modulate their immunologic inadequacy. It could improve lymphocyte proliferation, activity of NKC and activity of interleukin 2. Tnterleukin 2 not only is an important factor of immune system, but also act of regulating central nevus system and endocrine system. The rats of deficiency of yin, their hypothalamus, pituitary gland, liver, spleen, adrenal and thymus had pathologic change, which showed the rats of deficiency of yin were disorder of NEI network in deferent level. Pill of Erzhi could alter these changes in different level. From all the above results, we can conclude that the yin syndrome is disorder of NEI network. Pill of Erzhi could improve the model of yin syndrome regulating NEI network and keeping homeostasis.
