Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Of The Different Regions Of The P ~ 53, P-~ 21 Gene Protein Expression Differences And Clinical Significance

Objective:To study the differences of pathological grading and expression of p53 .p21 in different parts of OSCC,and clinical significance Method:20specimens of OSCC were divided into 4 parts include surface .central, deep invasive normal tissue.The surface central deep invasive part were graded respectively Observe its difference. S-P immunohisto chemistry styiny method were used to study the difference of expression of p53 .p21 in different parts of OSCC.Result:70 percent of surface were â… grade, 65 percent of ceutral â…¡ grade ,70 percent of deep invasive part â…¢ grade.There were differences between there 3 parts(P<0.01).The expression of p53 .p21were defferentCl21in there 3 parts.The positive percenctage of p53 p21 in 3 parts were 30%. 25%,55%.45%,85%.80%,There was differences between there 3 parts(P<0.01)ConclusionrThe surface ceutral deep invasive parts of OSCC differentrated deffently.Fron surface to deep invasive it became more and more poor. This trend was also seen in expression of p53 .p21.1.Only the deep invasive part can reflect the present biological character of OSCC.2.During the development of OSCC,there were more now gene take part in its progren,and OSCC also became more poor .3. There is necessrity to consider the defferences between defferent pasts of OSCC when we study the tumor character.prognostisis therapy et er.
