Purpose:Observation of anterior cervical discectomy and iliac bone graft fixation treatment of cervical disc herniation patients. Material and method: Orthopedic Hospital of Shenyang from January 2009 to June 2010 of 40 treated patients with cervical disc herniation were treated with anterior decompression,autologous iliac bone graft and vertebral anterior plate fixation.Results:JOA with reference to the Japanese Orthopaedic Association scoring method were evaluated,of which 17 cases were excellent,good in 20 cases and poor in1 case,the total efficiency of 97.5%,excellent rate of 92.5%.The group of 40 patients were followed for 12 months -24 months, an average of 18 months, all patients received all solid bone fusion.
